Abstract
The purpose. Scientifically proved offers for conservation of land resources of Ukraine — matrix of unique soils are observed. One of the major conditions of managing is the following: the owner of land must have specialized quality certificate for it, which includes, in addition to traditional indicators, information on soil contamination with viruses, bacteria, microscopic fungi and GMO fragments. Such assessment of quality of soils will be the important addition to 5 basic parameters which are offered by authors of paper «Under what conditions land can have the true owner». Methods. Ecological, virologic, microbiologic, mathematical, biotechnological, helio-space. Results. On the basis of the gained results of long-term researches the debatable stuff on conformity of contamination of soils with pathogens of various taxonomic groups is presented. Results of researches are based on perennial experiments in various climatic zones of Ukraine which were spent by Institute of agroecolohy and natural management of NAAS together with faculty of virology of T. Shevchenko Kyiv national university. These data enable to observe and formulate conforming regularity of influence of microorganisms and viruses, which contaminate soil on state of plants during their ontogenesis. Thus special attention should be concentrated to emersion in soils of new kinds of pathogens in one-crop system. As technogenic load and climate fluctuation render significant influence on environment, the soil of agrocnosises is under such circumstances capable to accumulate new nocuous pathogens for plants. Conclusions. On the basis of analysis of soils of 18 oblasts of Ukraine the unique prolonged strategy of assessment of their quality which will allow intelligent use of land resources is submitted.

Key words: land, ecology, soil, viruses, microorganisms, conservation.
