Abstract
The purpose. To study basic technical-technological and economic parameters of functioning of irrigating systems at the present stage for determination of measures on their restoration and steady development. Methods. Analytical, methods of system analysis, expert assessment, comparison and analogues, statistical. Results. In conditions of progressing dryness of a climate enough of moisture, especially during vegetative period, is the most powerful factor of high crops of agricultural crops. Analysis is made of functioning of irrigating systems on technical-technological and economic parameters in conditions of droughty steppe zone of South of Ukraine on Kamenka-Dniprovska experimental station of the Institute of water problems and land improvement of NAAS in zone of service of Kamenka interdistrict department of water management. The lead analysis of long-term statistical characteristics of functioning of irrigating systems testifies to the following: guaranteed productivity of agricultural crops is possible only under condition of stable use of irrigated lands and efficient control over the processes on ameliorative systems. As a result of that researches it is established that efficiency of irrigated agriculture is mostly influenced by reliability of work of ameliorative systems and power consumption of water-submission. Conclusions. High power consumption of processes of water-submission and water-distribution in conditions of constant increase of tariffs for the electric power together with big losses of water at transportation cause increase of cost of water for agriculture. And as a result the cost price of agricultural production increases and steady development of irrigated agriculture restrains. Growth of power consumption of water consumption demands development of technical decisions on increase of power-saving processes of water-submission and water-distribution, carrying out of improvement actions on restoration of irrigating systems.

Key words: irrigation systems, functioning, technical-technological parameters, restoration.
