Abstract

The purpose. To determine conceptual bases of organization and development of cooperative enterprises in countryside which enable to raise efficiency of agroindustrial production and profitableness of agricultural work, to ensure stable development of village terrains due to martempering social standards for population. Methods. Statistical-economic, monographic. Theoretical and methodological basis were official data of Public service of statistics of Ukraine, legislative and statutory acts of organs of the government of Ukraine concerning development of agrarian and industrial complex, rules of economic theory, works of domestic and foreign scientists on problems of development of village cooperation. Results. Contemporary state of milk cattle husbandry of farms and family farms of Ukraine, social and economic premises and legal security of development of village cooperation which are directed on increase of production of raw material and finished produce are considered. Directions of production which require creation of cooperation in countryside are determined. Mechanism of creation and operation of milk cooperative societies on the basis of construction of logistical framework of interaction of industrial and serving cooperative societies is offered. Conclusions. Further support by the community of the development of family farms of private farms will help to reduce unemployment, increase incomes of rural families, attract temporarily removed agricultural land, including hayfields and pastures, improve demographic situation in rural areas and raise the living standards of rural population. Development of cooperative relations will make it possible to raise socio-economic status of rural areas to new level, bring living conditions of rural population closer to urban standards and reduce migration trends.
