03. Родина вірусів Geminiviridae та аналіз фітосанітарного ризику в Україні

Короткий огляд
Мета. Дослідити основні біологічні властивості вірусів родини Geminiviridae — важливих вірусних патогенів продовольчих і декоративних культур більшості країн світу. Проаналізувати взаємозв’язок між ризиком інфекційних захворювань, спричинених вірусами цієї родини, зміною кліматичних умов та екологією переносника. Методи. Монографічний, економіко- статистичний, теоретичного узагальнення. Результати. Описано біологічні особливості вірусів родини Geminiviridae та їх переносників. Проведено аналіз епідеміологічної ситуації щодо вірусів Geminiviridae в Україні з урахуванням ймовірності та можливих наслідків інтродукції вірусів і їх переносників в агроценози. Висновки. Одним із засобів запобігання вірусних епіфітотій має стати аналіз фітосанітарного ризику з метою наукового і технічного обґрунтування заходів, які застосовують до шкідливих організмів або імпортованих товарів.
