Анотація [ Abstract ]

У монографії узагальнено досягнення науки та передового досвіду з вирощування високих урожаїв пшениці озимої в Степу України. Наведено біологічні особливості культури, показано вплив ґрунтів, світла, температури, вологи, поживних елементів на рівень урожайності та якості зерна. Викладено науково обґрунтовані рекомендації з підвищення врожайності пшениці озимої. Видання включає в себе відомості про значення пшениці озимої у сільськогосподарському виробництві, її біологічні особливості та економічну оцінку вирощування культури в степовій зоні України.
Розраховано на керівників і спеціалістів сільськогосподарських підприємств, наукових працівників аграрного профілю, фермерів, викладачів та студентів сільськогосподарських ЗВО.

[The monograph summarizes the achievements of science and best practices in growing high yields of winter wheat in the Steppe of Ukraine. The biological features of the crop are given, the influence of soils, light, temperature, moisture, nutrients on the level of grain yield and quality is shown. Scientifically substantiated recommendations for increasing the yield of winter wheat are presented. The publication includes information on the importance of winter wheat in agricultural production, its biological features and economic assessment of cultivation in the Steppe zone of Ukraine.
