Place of internal economic calculation in the market economy system

Abstract

Goal. To reveal the preconditions and determine the proposals for the intensification of agricultural production in the conditions of market self-sufficiency as a method of management. Methods. Dialectical scientific knowledge — to determine the economic essence of costs and self-supporting relations; comparison, grouping, and specification — to improve and supplement the classification of production costs; methods of comparison and evaluation of real factors of production with normative (planned) ones were used to specify ways to achieve full independent activity of production units of enterprises. Results. It is proved that the effectiveness of settlement relations in any management decisions depends on the peculiarities of the methodology of implementation and use of methods of knowledge of these relations in practice in the current economic conditions. The stages of introduction of self-supporting relations at the level of the enterprise and its structural subdivisions are determined, the main directions of development of self-supporting relations in agricultural enterprises are substantiated. Conclusions. Self-supporting relations are a specific form of economic relations and are determined by their special mechanism. To some extent, all elements of the economic mechanism of agricultural enterprises affect domestic relations in market conditions. Thus, there are many problems with the lease relationship related to determining the amount of rent, the distribution of labor results, accounting and establishing economic relations between tenants and landlords, and their legal registration. However, in the conditions of formation of the market mechanism the search for the most expedient forms of individual property is the most important.
